Spuitboekje.nl is a tool for keeping track of fields, crop protection, fertilising, field operations and crop costs. Its use is currently free of charge. We may improve the app, change features or end the service; if we end it, you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to download your data.
You are responsible for a good password and for keeping it secret, and for what happens with your account. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes and do not try to access other people's data.
The data you enter remains yours. We only use it to make the app work for you, as described in the privacy statement. You can always download it or delete your account.
The app shows information from public sources, such as authorisations, rates, use-up periods and drift reduction requirements from the database of the Ctgb (the Dutch Board for the Authorisation of Plant Protection Products), and field boundaries and aerial photos from PDOK. This information may be incomplete, out of date or incorrectly transferred, and applies to the Netherlands. The statutory instructions for use on the label and the current authorisation in your country always take precedence. For every application, check yourself whether a product is authorised and which rate and conditions apply. Cost calculations and overviews are aids and not financial, legal or agronomic advice.
You remain responsible yourself for correct and complete spray records and for complying with the rules that apply to your farm.
We do our best to keep the app working and available, but cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. So make regular backups yourself via Account → Download backup, especially of data you are legally required to keep.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, crop loss, lost yield or fines, nor for damage arising because you rely on information from the app without checking it against the official source. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the damage, with a maximum of € 100. These limitations do not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence on our part, or where the law does not permit them.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may block or delete an account in the event of abuse or conduct contrary to these terms; where necessary we will first give you the opportunity to download your data.
We may change these terms; we will inform you in advance of important changes. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you retain the protection that the law of that country gives you.
