For arable and dairy farmers

Your spray record, digital, in a few taps.

Record your spray applications with the up-to-date Ctgb (NL) or BVL (DE) product database, see your fields on the map, and also keep track of fertilising, contract work and crop costs per field. On your phone in the field and on the computer at home.

What the app does

Everything you do on the land, recorded in one place

Start with your spray records. Want more? The same app also keeps track of your fertilising, contract work and costs per hectare.

Digital spray records

Product, rate, fields and date in a few taps. Several products in one application, for one or more fields at once.

Ctgb and BVL product databases

You only see products authorised for your crop, with maximum rate, number of applications, use-up periods and drift reduction requirements.

Fields on the map

Pick your fields on the aerial photo. The boundaries come from the BRP (Dutch parcel register), and for each field you see the crop, the hectares and the costs.

Fertiliser and slurry

Mineral fertiliser per kilo and slurry per cubic metre, with the nitrogen and phosphate you apply.

Contract work and own machinery

Operations by your contractor or with your own machines. Split an invoice across fields and see later exactly what was done where.

Crop costs per hectare

Costs per crop, per field and for grassland even per cut. Enter your yield or sales and see what is left.

The authorisation information (Ctgb or BVL) in the app is an aid. The statutory instructions for use on the label always take precedence.

Get started quickly

Your first record in three steps

No installation needed. Open spuitboekje.nl on your phone and add the app to your home screen.

Create a free account

With your email address and the name of your farm. Only you can see your data.

Add your fields

Find your address on the map and tap your plots. You enter crop and hectares once a year.

Record in the field

Choose what you did, the crop and the fields. The app calculates the costs for you.

More than a spray record

From spray records to complete crop administration

You do not have to use everything. Many users start with their spray records and gradually discover how handy it is to add the rest too. Every record then counts automatically towards your costs per hectare.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

What does Spuitboekje.nl cost?

The app is free during the test phase. If a paid version comes later, you will hear about it well in advance and you can always download all your data.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Open spuitboekje.nl in the browser and choose "Add to Home Screen" (iPhone) or "Add to home screen" (Android). It then works like a normal app. On a computer you simply use the browser.

Which crops is it suitable for?

All crops. The Ctgb authorisation check currently works for grassland, maize, beet and wheat. You can record other crops too, just without that automatic check.

Who can see my data?

Only you. Every user has their own, protected part of the database in the EU. We do not sell or share your data. Read more in the privacy statement.

Can I export my spray records?

Yes, as a file you can open in Excel. You can also always download a full backup of all your data.

Is the Ctgb information always correct?

We take the data from the public Ctgb database (the Dutch Board for the Authorisation of Plant Protection Products), but it may lag behind. The statutory instructions on the label always take precedence.

Farming in Germany? Set your farm country to Germany: the app then uses the German BVL product database, the official aerial photos of your federal state, and field blocks for Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia. Anywhere else you can draw your fields on the map yourself.
